"How do I change the Owner's Information?"

1.  From within pcFORMation, go to Options>Change Owner's Information.

2. Make a note of your serial number at the bottom of the owner information window.

3.  Click on the Edit Information button.

4.  Please call tech-support at 408-947-2107 and read to the tech the number in Step 1 to obtain an access code.
