How do I recover a forgotten ADMIN password to add/remove users?
What is the Administrator/Admin. password?
This password is established when a multi-user program is loaded for the first time. The owner, or whoever is the administrator for the program, establishes this password.
This is a MANDATORY password that is used to access the Add/Remove user option that adds or removes users from the login list. Since pcFORMation does not keep a record of the password please make sure you keep it in a safe place. Single-user programs don't have an Admin password.

If you have forgotten the password:
1. Please call tech-support at 408-947-2107 and have your PCF5 serial number so we can look it up for you.
2. The serial number is found on the last page at the bottom right-hand side of any printed-out form

from within the program by clicking on the Help menu and then choosing About.
