1. Put the mouse on the My Profile and select eSignature Requests from the drop-down menu.
2. Click Details to the rleft of the Request Title you are interested in.
3. Click on Advanced Control Panel on the lower left.
5. Click on View Certificate button.

Once the summary comes up you can save or print it. This is the Certificate of Authenticity.
