How to Change/Correct an Email Address
Step 1. Once you have logged into the on-line forms put the mouse on the My Profile tab and select Signature Requests.
Step 2. Click Details to the left of the Request Title you are working with.
Step 3. Click the Advanced Control Panel button on the bottom left of the Details page
Step 4. Under the email address you want to change, click the Edit link.
Step 5. Make the necessary changes and click Submit.
Step 6. Under the changed email address, click the Invite link.
Step 7. Add a message if you want to (optional) and click Send Invite.
