1. Log onto on-line forms.
2. Put the mouse on the Folders tab.
3. Select Archived Folders.
4. Open the folder with the form you want to restore.
5. From the Actions menu select Restore... .
6. Select the folder you want to restore it to.
7. Click Restore Now button.
