You will sometime get an error when you try to submit a PDF for e-signing. The error will say

Password protected PDF's cant be uploaded into the system. Remove the password and try again; or
Invalid response from Settleware.

To Correct

a. go into the Saved Folder where you uploaded this document;
b. click on the "Actions" menu next to it;
c. from that menu, select the "Compress PDF";
d. compress the PDF;
e. use the compressed form to send for signature.
