A:  With the Adobe Acrobat forms editor, the only item that controls what you see and print is Acrobat Reader. We recommend that you download and install the latest version of the Acrobat Reader.

Once installed, restart your computer and then run Acrobat Reader as it needs to finish the installation process. Then log back in and print the form.
